Looks like the US Government is batting 0/1 so far this year.

It's hard to tell with the classified missions.

Not to diss 2018 but next year is the real biggie with the James Webb telescope.

Looks like the Zuma coupler failed to send Zuma into orbit. Therefore the fault seems to be Northrop-Grumman's issue and not Space-X's.
