Not too long after her appearance in 'The Sound of Music', Ms. Menzies was seen on television, including three guest spots on ABC's 'The Farmer's Daughter' and five separate episodes on NBC's 'Dragnet'. CBS's 'Logan's Run' was her most notable appearance as "Jessica", and her career spanned from the 1960s until 1990.

She and her late husband, actor Robert Urich, met on a tv commercial shoot in 1974. They married the following year, and were together until his death in 2002. Ms. Menzies was also an ovarian cancer survivor. She is survived by three children and two grandchildren.

Godspeed, Ms. Menzies, and thank you.
