"Great Martian War Book 3 Coming Soon!" Topic

The third book in my acclaimed Great Martian War series has been sent off to the publisher! It is another slam-bang, action-filled adventure set during the struggle between Teddy Roosevelt's America and the Merciless Martian invaders. The release date will hopefully be in November of 2017.

I am half way through listening to the second book "Breakthrough: The Great Martian War". I listen while I paint, and find it very enjoyable. I look forward to the third book being available on Audible.

I was listening to an interview with Ray Greenley who does the narration in the audio books the other day. He does a lot of research to get the voices right. There are a quite a few historical characters in the books and not just famous ones like Roosevelt. Ray looks them up and tries to see if there are any recordings of their voices anywhere and uses that to get them right.

Micman, It's out of my hands! I've finished writing the 3rd book, except for any edits that need to be done, but I'm waiting to get that back. Oh, and I need to draw the maps, but that won't take long.

In the meantime I'm getting started on Book 4 :)

Finally got back the first round of edits! I should have them incorporated and the manuscript back to the publisher by the end of the week. I've finished drawing the maps, so all that's left is a final polish, formatting, and it's off to the printer. Assuming the cover artist ever gets the blasted cover done!
