An actor who not only had many on-screen credits throughout his nearly 70-year career, but was a part of several notable movies, including 'Forbidden Planet', 'Paths of Glory', and 'Tora! Tora! Tora!'. Of course, his most remembered role was on the small screen, as "Oscar Goldman" on both 1970s ABC series 'The Six Million Dollar Man' and 'The Bionic Woman'. He is survived by three daughters.

Godspeed, Mr. Anderson, and thank you very, very much.

One of those classy, capable supporting actors of the 60s and 70s. I always enjoyed his work and envied his good looks. RIP

+1 to Shagnasty's comments, in particular as I re-watch a lot of 70s TV while painting or terrain building, and spotting and remembering guys like Mr. Anderson is part of the fun. I know at least once in the last few years something a bunch of people were watching had him in it, which led me to a "Oh it's Richard Anderson/Oscar Goldman" outburst and subsequent monologue (not sure if everyone else appreciated it).
