I'm using a 4-month old laptop with Win10 installed. I've got older s'ware (mostly games) from XP and Win7 that I'd like to use. Are there any emulators/patches, etc., which I could install to accomplish this ? |

Compatibility mode is worth checking |

I'm guessing most Windows 7 games would work anyway. |

Yeah. I'd bet Win7 stuff would work in Win10. I think if you right click on an icon on the desktop, you have an option to compatibility mode for various incarnations of windows and even DOS. At least that's the way it used to be. |

I use two emulators, D-Fend Reloaded for Dos games and Oracle VM Virtual Box Manager for XP windows based games. For the Oracle VM you will need a copy of XP to install within the emulator. Both emulators work well with Windows 10. I have had no problems. Terry |
