"ABC has put Carol Burnett's sitcom HOUSEHOLD NAME to a 'rework' stage but it did order the return of ROSEANNE after cancelling their six year long, 2nd best watched, sitcom LAST MAN STANDING! CBS has ordered BY THE BOOK (aka Living Biblically) multi camera sitcom while cancelling 2 BROKE GIRLS after 6 years! CBS has also passed on DISTEFANO and BROTHERED UP sitcom pilots. FreeForm has cancelled their own 6 year long sitcom BABY DADDY last weekend to the shock of fans since it was their best watched comedy ever and will end on its 100th episode"

Any of them will be missed? (smile)

Am I the only one that really doesn't watch TV anymore. It has gotten to the point that 99% of the stuff on is trash and I feel like I really don't miss anything.

In the last year I have only watched, "Grimm" which has ended, "The Big Bang Therory" which is probably past its prime, "The Good Place' which has a nice cast, "Game of Thrones" and currently "American Gods" and "Samurai Jack".

Two are on HBO and Starz, two I watch on Hulu and the other two on my computer. So why do I really need 200 channels again?

2 Broke Girls was very annoying and more than slightly racist in its stereotyping.

So, goodbye then.

There are 5 full seasons of Last Man Standing on Netflix right now. I had never watched the show before until now, probably because of so much trash talk from hypersensitive critics, but I think I was misled. The show is really hilarious, specially when you binge-watch it.

Yeah, I voiced my disappointment about the cancellation of Last Man Standing on another recent thread. I don't watch a whole lot of TV but somebody recommended it to me about halfway thru the 5 season run. I caught up on the missed episodes and have been watching it since. It has a decent ensemble cast and a bunch of well written comedy. Unfortunately, it rates as a little high brow and intellectually challenging for many viewers when compared to most of the other TV schlopp.

They cancelled Last Man Standing? Frak.Frak and Frak them.

Though maybe that is a good thing as it was the last of the shows we would watch on Friday night.

I think the worst cancellation ever might have been the year that a hot show STILL winning multiple Emmys and Golden Globe awards was axed.
