Only so much a person can say. For the most part, it is over. |

It's sad. The guy had it all and threw it away. I don't know the guy and I suspect neither does anyone else on this board. Put into prison for murder with no hope of parole. I suppose it is a logical end. RIP |

I echo what Joker says. His life should be an object lesson about when someone has exceptional God-given talent and how not to use it. May Almighty God grant eternal peace to his earthly-tortured soul. |

He had been living this life style long before he got out of college. I would bet that their are other unsolved murders that could be tied back to him. Now I also think he just might of had help hanging himself since the MS-13 has long reaches and I think that he probably has ties with them. |

Yep. I've been wondering if the recent verdict was probably a case of jury intimidation by his gang cronies. And this looks like a gang prison hit to either silence him, get the heat off, or get revenge (from a rival gang). |

Reports are now that there were signs he had planned it— giving away his possessions to other prisoners, a couple of suicide notes and soaping the floor so he couldn't stand up if he had second thoughts. Of course, the latter could be a technique used by a killer, too. |

The patriots went to the white house, might have made him depressed. |

You know I am now wondering… Is he really dead? Judge has just vacated his murder conviction. |

Not sure, it could vary state by state if it is not a federal case, but unless the guilty verdict is followed by an imposed sentence, the conviction become null & void. Many years ago there was a Pennsylvania state official that was convicted of a crime. Prior to sentencing he walked in to a public press conference and shot himself. Because he died prior to being sentenced, the conviction was vacated. If convicted AND sentenced, he would have lost all benefits, pensions, etc. His family was then able to receive his various benefits because he died before the entire process was completed. Hernandez may have been trying to do this same thing for his next of kin. |

In this case his appeal was still under review. So I would want to know that he is really dead. |
