That isn't a toy! That is actually a medical device. Doctors and nurses use it to deliver doses of penisillian.

2nd pic:

That one was withdrawn from distribution because of complaints. It only took a minute or two to fire it but you had to wait an hour or two to reload it.

I used to own that squirt gun! I vaguely remember my parents being amused, although I couldn't understand why at the time.
