Years and years and years ago, my sons and I.

This came about because just this week I digitized and put up our family slides. One my sons, ironically the fifth, who was a ways out yet from even being born, created this GIF. :D

That is so cool. What a great keepsake.

I just had two similar experiences. My father turned 90 this winter and we had a big party for him. While gathering photos to display, we came across a picture of my dad with his 4 sons all sitting side-by-side on the sofa.It was taken in the early 1970s. We were all home for the party and recreated the picture. However, after 40+ years and several hundred combined pounds later we really had to squeeze together and use the armrests to all fit.

The second, happened just this evening. My daughter is graduating from high school this June. Again, gathering pics for her party I stumbled across a pic from her first day of school. It was her getting off the bus, coming home. We had just spent an hour or so this afternoon sorting through the proofs of her HS senior pics to order copies for her guests.

They were both great "Before & After" experiences.

Treasure your snowmen from greatest to leastest. May they never truly melt.
