The topic is our old "friend" Saddam Hussein who, if you grew up when I did, basically personified the "middle eastern dictator" stereotype.
Anyone remember the video game Desert Strike?
As for the song itself, it's a bit lower on my normal list, mostly because it's not that musically interesting and it lacks the sing-along metal anthem quality that they became famous for.
