Washington being the surprise. Ranked pre season as a tool to prop up Stanford, and now they control their own destiny. I still say they lose, but even that wont keep them out, as they need a PAC 10 team in the final four. |

OSU will lose badly to Michigan.

They'll still need to run the "playoff" games, as a mere formality and for revenue generating. The revenue is what it's all about anyway. |

I believe Washington is a little overrated. Top 10 maybe but top 4, not so sure. However you play the teams on the schedule and so far (knock on wood!) the have won them all. USC and WSU should provide much more of a challenge. If they manage to win out… Oh, as a disclaimer, I'm a UW fan and an Alum. |

Too true, Winston. The "playoff" system is only slightly better than the BCS (and that's not saying much). And just as corrupt. |

Welly welly well…. Seems that things are in a jumble. They now have to justify a exposed, fake Washington, and it looks like OSU* AND Michigan are no longer a done deal. The winner of Michigan/OSU* is the only one getting in, and Harbaugh conveniently has an excuse now (the QB injury), so I say Michigan is fin. Look for a big push for Wisconsin (they want two B10 teams). Sorry OFM, but NO WAY they let PSU in even if they win the B10 CG. With the Dabo Fado, Clemson has got to be out, but how to slide UL in their stead? The NCAA and media worships Petrino. (My opinion all along, NO ACC team in the playoff) Watch for a big media push for Stoopid and OU. Watch… Too bad they cant prop up any other SEC team besides Bama. LOL! 5-5, 6-4 record SEC teams are ranked. |
