Actually I don't mind the petrol pump one. My bank does a thing called 'Save the Change' What they do is round any spends on your card up to the next pound, and the difference they put automatically into my savings account. So if the pump did go to 50.01, they would take 51, and put 0.99 into my savings account. You always round up in your head (I run my finances in whole pounds to make it easier) and I save about £60.00 GBP a year this way. |
