Anyone panic buying a firearm in light of possible ? Just joking. I just bought an ARSENAL ak74(my second ak74. I own a very expensive RedJacket ak74 clone) which I am making into a Russian Alpha AK with my 13 year old son. Just wondering if anyone is buying anything? |

Guns are cheaper and more widely available (except for certain areas… ahem California), ammo is freely available and cheaper. That being said, I have 5 more firearms now than this time last year. |

I am meeting with my retirement adviser next Wed. Will let you know what he recommends . but one should always hold a strong position in the three G's, guns, gold and canned goods. |

I brought another Steyr AUG A3 a couple months ago to get ahead of the rush, I remember the buying freeze after . A couple of week my wife and daughter where reading about gun policy, and decided that they better upgrade their carry pistol . Last week they went out to our favorite local gun store and purchased new carry pistols for themselves. Other then those purchases I trying to top off my reloading supplies, just in case. |

I'm sitting on 3,000+ 5.45x39. I love the AK74. When I was in Afghanistan, I saw the weakness of the M4. My father always said "AK'S always work," |

The only gun I can afford is one I inherited from my Grandfather. They stopped making ammo for it about 130 years ago. |

Hand-powered weapons never run out of ammo, and you can use them for yard work (plus I am a bad shot by Marine corps standards). Axe me no questions. |

Well, out here on the left coast the gov signed into law the requirement for a background check and registration each and every time you buy ammo. Fortunately, our process allows for laws we don't like (that get put upon us by the party in permanent charge) to go through a citizen vote via a proposition if enough signatures are gathered, so we'll see if the state population REALLY wants this, or if it is just pure ideology. |

I just finished a 10.5" AR-15 pistol build. Wanted to get it done "just in case". AR's seem to be flying off the shelves at the shop. |

I'd want a gun in America. A cowboy 6 shooter. My name would be Chung Wang. I'd be good to Women, kids and dogs. I'd put back whisky in one shot. I'd ride a horse. I'd say things like, "Life is tough, but it's tougher if you don't have a phone." I'd have a big gun. |

Gonna head to Cabela's and trade in one of my heavy stainless steel .45 caliber pistols for a new, lighter-weight .45 caliber Glock 21 to use as my house gun… |

Light weight and .45 just don't seem right in the same sentence. I haven't bought anything new is years. I expect I need to stock up on some ammo soon. Soap box – ballot box – jury box – ammo box |

I just got one of my ARs back from the manufacturer. Had a flaw that was preventing extraction and ejection of the brass. Can't have that. I also finally got the chance to take my Kel-Tec KSG out to the range and knock down some clays with it. The action isn't as easy as on my Mossberg, but it's still a darn fine shotgun! I put a red-dot sight on it that works like a charm. |

The CA population supported background checks and registration for EVERY TIME anyone buys ammunition, so this oughta be more intrusive, expensive and time consuming. I am not so sure if this would win in court either – since courts already upheld registration and background checks for buying a weapon. |

Hmm. I dunno. States require license and registration for a car,but not to buy gas. But who knows. |

Walmart is the best place to buy ammo, actually cheaper than gun shows. |
