She had a ….lol…25% save percentage in the Olympics!
25%!!!!
Thats as bad as that US mens team Key and Peele guy.
THAT is why they got rid of her. My grandaughter could have stopped all those shootout goals!!!
BTW, in my two official NCAA soccer games as goalie, I had a 100% save percentage.
Stopped all 7 shots against USF, and stopped like 10 shots against East Carolina, when my team, for laughs, decided to let ECU go uncontested at me in the last 10 minutes (we were up 5-0)
Breakaway after breakaway, and I was everywhere. Stopped four shots in a 10 seconds before giving up goal with a couple minutes left. Literally had like 30 shots on goal, like a hockey game.
As usual, Smokey had to ruin it. Got mad when they scored, ran out and did a diving head first spear into a player for no reason other than the fact he scored on me.
That was it. Red card (a yellow would have got me tossed as I had a previous one anyway), and NCAA suspension (like it mattered, I was on the team for three games, during a crisis where both regular goalies were out, during a early season tournament)
What sucked, the NCAA thing CARRIED over to tennis season! That was the year I got our school fined like 5 grand during the unfortunate Notre Dame match incident. (The fight thing) I beat a suspension on appeal (they couldnt prove I intentionally tried to kill my opponent, by purposely losing a set, so he would get heat stroke in the third. They made a good argument, pointing out that I openly yelled "Like how I tanked that set? Now your gonna die, right in front of your mother!!". But they did nail me for smoking cigs during changeovers (I did it to demorolize my opponent. It worked. He was crying like a baby before he went into full blown heat stroke :( )
Anyway. Lolo is NOT impressive. Any real athlete can step on a soccer field and dominate, especially at goalie (I had never played soccer in my life, but I was a great ice hockey goalie)
