But the Great Leslie kicked his butt, with a broken sword no less. "Why did he hesitate?" He would be asking that question for the rest of his life. Funky, Hollywood "tactics" to make the Vikings look almost Ninja-like. Janet Leigh had the sexist back in the world at the time, and Tony Curtis agreed, and well, you know what happened next. :) I always feel sorry for the bird, though….

I always thought that Kirk Douglas' death was Hollywood politics. Kirk kills tony in Spartacus and so Tony's agents make sure he got revenge.

Thing is Vikings was two prior to Spartacus. So it is the other way around. Tony Kills Kirk Kirk Kills Tony
