I very much like Double Stuf cookies. "Poison wafers", I know. But, BUT, I have been growling ever since they started reducing the size of the packages and charging the same price. As if we are stupid or something. Well, I am feeling stupid or something tonight. I get my much smaller package home, rip it open, and there is room for two more cookies in each row!? WTH?? The loose cookies have been turning to powder because they are LOOSE. Ass holes! I want to pound somebody, some minion of soulless capitalism…. |

Take a picture and send it to the manufacturer, with your concerns. Then they'll send you another package of broken cookies. |

As if we are stupid or something. No, they just think their market is more likely to pay the same for fewer cookies than more for the same number of cookies. ---- I agree with Bowman's suggestion, though if you email it to them, you are more likely to get an emailed coupon for free cookies. Or … you could bake your own cookies. That significantly shortens the complain/response process. |

Can't blame you. They've done the same thing with Ritz crackers too. Used to be a 16 oz. box, and now 13.7 ounces for the same price or more, depending upon the week. AND, don't even get me started on the Hostess Cupcake Ripoff. I used to love those, but the last pack I bought had chocolate sprayed on the top so thin, you could barely taste that it was there. Criminals. I'll never eat another Hostess Cupcake again (at least that I pay for). |
