This afternoon I was rooting through a box of old VHS tapes and DVDs and found an unwrapped VHS copy of the movie FM. I haven't watched the movie in decades. I opened it up and popped it in the player. I graduated high school a year before the movie came out so it was like a trip on the internet's Way Back Time Machine. The clothes, the hair, the cars and hell yes, the music.

It made me think back to the tv show WKRP In Cincinnati which came out at almost exactly the same time. The similiarities were uncanny and I must say that while I did like them both, the show was much better than the movie.

You still have a VHS player?

There are people alive today that do not know what a VHS is.

Skeets,
I am old but not that old. I still remember Loni Anderson. It is just remembering my name sometimes that causes difficulty.

Mithmee,
I have a DVD/VHS player. I moved just over a year ago and in the downsizing I sold my 8-Track player and cartridges as well as my record player and vinyl.

YOU SOLD YOUR VINYL! HERETIC!
