Wow, I wasn't expecting that! I was expecting a dragon to show up and save the day, but that would have been pretty corny. But Dany was brilliant! And now she's got 100,000 Dothraki warriors who think she'd a goddess at her command. The question now is will she go back and clean out Slaver's Bay once and for all or just head straight to Westeros? But she still needs ships, so I'm betting SB.

Martin insists that she is NOT immune to fire. She emerged unscathed from Drogo's funeral pyre because of all the blood magic floating around.
There are/were a heck of a lot of Targs that thought they were immune, Aegon the Crispy bring one.
One more departure from the books, but it was awesome.

I was a little worried that while she's immune to fire she's mot immune to a great big log crashing down on her! Hope she moved out of that doorway before it was too late. And it was an awesome scene. Actually, it was a very good episode overall.

Let's not leave out Tormund and Brienne making goo goo eyes at each other. I thought that was pretty awesome.

Yeah, caught that. All us cool kids have already nicknamed them "TorBri".

Having spent years reading the books I was finally rewarded by having part of the Stark family reunited. About time!

For once I felt like Dany actually did something as opposed to luck or someone else doing the thing for her or people just obeying her.

Finally we get some movement on the plot lines… except for Arya who is still stuck in book4.

When I saw the warning for nudity, I asked Mrs Elmo (who had watched the episode already)' "Is it good nudity or bad nudity?"

Mrs Elmo said "good" and I was not disappointed!
