My son gave me a tablet. Maybe lent it, I don't know.

I'd like to use it to take pictures for battle reports, but those are far more useful if I could make notes along the way. I don't want it to be too intrusive.

So what I really want is to take pictures and annotate them by dictating short notes. Is there a convenient way to do that on Android? From one app, or will I have to go back and forth between two?

I'm fine with technology, but not familiar with Android.

thanks
andy

Check out Evernote. You can transcribe to it and organize text in several ways…including pics.

Evernote will do, when you get to the keyboard to add text, the microphone symbol lets you add a voice note.

Thanks, I'll give it a try. I can take the pictures while running Evernote?
