HALLLP! My system was taken over a couple of days ago bit a Bitcoin ransomeware program. Is it possible to "unscrew" what it screwed up or is I doomed? If so what do I need to do? |

can you log on? you can try a roll back, but first run your anti-virus and anti-spyware over it thoroughly. Did you have a second account on it? If so log using that one to do so. More info needed to help more. |

They tend to work by encrypting everything. By system, I assume you mean the lot, not just internet, and you may have to go back to original setup and reinstall everything. This article might help though: link |

Not exactly everything Garrison. Enough stuff though to thoroughly mess with my life right now. I don't really want to keep running it this way. I'll try the suggestions from the list and contact back. Thanks! |
