Today before a meeting someone was eating some animal crackers and came across one she couldn't figure out (probably a penguin, we decided).

This led to discussion about why we've never seen any cryptid themed animal crackers and how cool it would be to have bigfoot, jersey devil, chupacabra, loch ness monster, etc. for snacks.

I've spent the better part of an hour searching online for something like this but my google-fu is apparently weak or cryptic animal crackers don't exist.

So has anyone seen anything like this? Links? I just thought it would be great to get here a bag or box if they are out there somewhere.

"…or cryptic animal crackers don't exist."

Been to the wrong shops. Try the lunchroom at Miskatonic U.

But after the cryptids have eaten. They love human crackers.

Actually the penguins were. Although you obviously didn't realize it at the the time, they were, in fact, of a semi-mythical species of giant albino penguins once discovered by an expedition from, I believe Miskatonic University. A photograph of this penguin is alleged to exist.
