I was listening to Car Talk the other day where the idiots were reading a book written by a man and woman.

Here's the trick, not sure if they were married, but each wrote alternate paragraphs in their own style and somehow the narrative…progressed, so to speak.

The funny thing was that the man's style (one dare not call it prose) was not unlike that of Mickey Spillane while the female writers style pretty much imitated Jane Austen.

Needless to say, it was a hoot to hear but I was wondering if any of youse guise or dames know what I'm blabbering about and name of said tome.
