All the tv lawyer experts I saw said it was a tough case.
A lot of the evidence we in tv land knew was not admissible.

He will again go on trial for a double drive-by homicide
in Boston. Trial slated to begin in May, but will probably be pushed
to June or July. Then there are the pending charges in Florida, stemming
from his time in college there. Busy man, Hernandez… |

I'm not a Pats fan, but they're not responsible for this thug's behavior. Heck, it appears the Pats' owner's testimony helped put him away. The Florida charges may prove intersting, as Florida has the death penalty. My guess is extradition would be contigent upon the punishment being restricted to a life sentence. Either way, he's going to die behind bars. |
