I'm starting mine with a cystoscopy first thing Monday morning. The urologist told me I could have a light breakfast, as there's no anesthesia or sedatives involved. I asked him if someone would at least buy me a drink when it's over. |

broke a big piece of glass in the midst of the road and
I saw it too late to avoid it…Car has less than 7K miles
but the glass pierced right through the tire… |

With fruit (apple slices, banana and OJ) and flavonoids, i.e. dark chocolate with my raisins. Then a short routine of core body exercises, then a bike ride to visit my mom. That's my Monday routine. The rest of the week is similar, except I walk when I am not riding my bike…. |

I'm scheduled for one(colonoscopy) in September myself. They also want to do an ultrasound on my heart in 2 weeks,just in case. |
