If you got the genes, you can eat and drink and smoke anything, short of plutonium, and still get to 95-105

But most of us do not have those genes, and so should watch whatwe drink and eat.

And a few unlucky ones have bad genes, and die by 48 no mater how carefull tbey are with food, and how much they take care of their body.
