They are building a Toll Brothers community near us and the townhome models are very tempting. In searching the interwebs, there are a few very angry people out there, but I don't know if that is the norm. Does anyone here have any experience with the company?

My father-in-law is a Realtor and has been for a very long time. He calls these houses "High End Cookie Cutter" houses. Not bad but not a lot of character either. I've been in one. It was nice enough and plenty spacious. My only gripe is that houses are on very small plots of land compared to the size of the house. If that is what you want then you don't really have a problem.

And they also sponsor radio broadcasts of the New York Metropolitan Opera.
