I played the first edition and really really enjoyed it. This edition looks quite promising. If you are a fan of historically based computer games, this one is definitely worth a look.

Hm I do find it odd that they wanted a kickstarter for this, the roman/caesarian Hegemony 2, is not that old came out in may this year.

I don't like this, this is a ongoing series of games, sure they are small scale semi indy games. but still the sucsess of hegemony rome, should play for a third game.

On the other hand, they are not asking alot of money. But I doubt they will reach the extended goals.

Quite frankly I would only buy this if you get it as a sand box game with both epirus and carthage. but but they are never gonna get 200k

Yeah. They might get funded (at least I hope they do!) but probably won't reach stretch goals as you say.
