This weekend is another reenactment event at Ft Branch in North Carolina. If you can make the drive this weekend I encourage you to attend. Ft Branch is a nice little piece of history.

We were planning on going, but 40 degree tempature and rain is too much for us! It usually is a great time.

The weather tomorrow is supposed to have a high around 60 with a 70% chance of light rain showers. Over night will be in the forties and then Sunday will be in the mid fifties with sunshine.

If any of my fellow TMPers do show up, ask any member of the 1st/11th North Carolina (the host unit) for Gary the new guy. I'd be happy to meet.

Today was a good day. There was no rain and the tempature was fine. Tomorrow the weather should be even better.

The weather held out and it was a great weekend at Ft Branch. Yesterday's fighting in the swampy area was chaotic and fun. Today's defense of the fort was especially good with a fun ending for the attending crowd to enjoy.
