Watson, 19, who goes by the name Kiki Seui, was indicted by the FBI as the "mastermind" of a series of armed robberies in which he targeted Oahu banks and a recycling center.
"Mastermind"? I don't think the FBI knows what that word means.

There may be some sarcasm in their use of "mastermind".

You can be THE mastermind of a group without being A mastermind.

Please do remember that the term "mastermind" is relative. This individual may indeed be the "mastermind" when comared to others in his group. However, I am inclined to agree with mr. B. Bunny on this one: "What a Maroon!"
