The first rule of getting people to give you money is to show or explain to them the wondrous thing they will receive. A city simulator with no actual purpose. Really? Crowd funding for that? Now, if he wanted to build a simulator that real cities and towns could be strapped onto in order to model traffic flows or alterations in power or water distributions then they might raise $$ by municipal investments. As it is, why spend money on this? I suspect it's an Engineer in love with his own code and a big ego who has a "grand idea" that surely everyone will love! This is why you need Game Designers folks. |
