This scene has stuck in my mind for years: Hard to Kill fight scene. I'm not a police officer, but it seems to me that this situation could have been handled better. How many departures from good police work can you find?

What bothers you more … buying a stuffed monkey at a convenience store or listening to Chuck Mangione in your car?

Buying champagne at a street-corner convenience store in the barrio. You know it's not the good stuff.

Ugh, Seagal movies aren't even fun in a dumb way. They just out-and-out suck.

As for Seagal himself, he's a compulsive liar, a bigamist, and a serial abuser of women and stuntmen.

The bastard even abused Kelly LeBrock, and the '80s me who fell in love with her in Woman in Red and Weird Science can never forgive that:

Leaving aside Seagal in real life, I want to know on what planet is this acceptable behavior? He stands there glowering until his friend is gunned down, then starts a fight with the criminals (destroying much of the store in the process). At no point does he identify himself as a police officer. The worst part of the scene (other than Mangione) is when his colleagues crack a joke as he leaves the scene; he won't be held accountable. One could just as well call the movie 101 Ways to Stop Being A Cop. It's a very, very bad movie.

jpattern2 can you provide info of what you said about Steven Seagal?

I for one do like his films and have several in my DVD collection.
