Title does not match picture, neither match the description which even says after "Tyranid Red Terror," that, "what you see is what you get."

It is an interesting auction/EBay question. Which one is the seller obligated to provide -- what the title says? what is in the picture? what the text says?

I would leave out the category as an option, since taxonomies are arbitrary, so without a taxonomic referent provided, you really can't hold someone to something like that.
