my friend is in singapore now from london… just arrived… but he texted me and he used his number in london… is it possible?? i am wondering.

If he used a different SIM card or there's a sharing agreement, it's very possible

If it's from his "London" mobile, of course it will appear with the same number – that's just how mobile roaming works.

If it's from his land line in London, then it's possibly a case of using the following service
