New flooring and many cans of paint and primer it would probably be a nice place. Be interesting to see how fast it sells looking like that. |

Somebody sure loves them some purple. It's a nice house. Hope the Vandals from Hollywood are caught soon. |

As I say on the occasions when we watch a house-hunting show and the buyers (or sellers) whine about wall color: "It's called 'paint.' It comes in cans." |

Nice established yard. Tear up the carpet and re-finish/install hardwood floors and it will be REAL nice

Purple haze is in my mind, 'scuse me while I kiss this guy. (I know, it's kiss the sky), but have you ever tried to paint over purple? Two or three layers of primer might keep it from bleeding through, if you don't go blind in the process. |

I'm looking for a PURRRRPLE but yet not a purple, something I can live with for a long time
. I kinda like it but no one ever said I had good taste in color. |

It's not so bad – you don't get stuck with their furniture after all, and paint and new carpets pale into nothing compared to the £400,000.00 GBP price tag. |

Must belong to a Hobbit-why else a dining room table next to the bed? |
