Interesting. And the blog actually helps me understand a bit more of what I'm watching on Sundays!

And I agree a good American Football game is needed. I have Hasbro's Battle Ball, which is okay, if limited, but it doesn't really reflect the strategy and tactics of actual football. I'll be interested to see what you come up with. My father might actually enjoy this sort of game (he's a former high school star who had to give the game up for medical reasons. He once wanted to be a coach, till he pursued engineering instead. This might tap into his coaching interests.)

Looks great!

There are some super detailed plastic figures in about 1/72 scale (designed for the old vibrating electric football games) as well, scaled appropraite to position.
