I know there's a comic shop in Bloomington, Vintage Phoenix Comics. Is there a game store? |

Hi Mad Dog, You are correct about Vintage Phoenix Comics. It's the only one I know of. As for game stores, there are two that I've been to and another that is still a rumor (for me) at this point. There is The Game Preserve downtown (near Vintage Phoenix) and Common Room Games at 10th and the Bypass (East Side). Both have a pretty good selection of board games. Game Preserve also has some 40K miniatures, CCGs, and puzzles. Neither has much in the way of historical games or minis. Both have in store gaming, as well. Is there anything in particular you're interested in? For gaming, there is a group associated with Indiana University called the Conflict Simulations Club. They meet monthly on the 3rd Sunday at the Union Building (IMU) on campus. Also, I host a small group at my place most Friday nights. We are always looking for more players, even if you are only in town for a visit. Finally, there are a couple other TMPers in town that may add to what I've said if they see your post. If you want more specific info on any of this, please email me at craig6671 at bluemarble dot net. Craig |

Go to Indy! Murphy is there. I need proof he's started work on the USS Nixon. |
