So I told a Probation Officer friend ('M') about this story
He told me about a person he supervised once.
Apparently this person wasn't the sharpest knife in the spoon draw, if you take my meaning), and used to like to walk past a local brothel, and occasionally frequent it.
One day 'M' gets a phone call from the Police. Can he sort this guy out, and have a word with him.
Apparently he was making a complaint – He'd paid £120.00 GBP for half an hour, and felt he should get a refund for the other 27 minutes

Is there a business course where he can learn about the difference between a fixed flat fee contract and a time and materials contract?

One of our investigators in the office accidentally left his firearm and badge when he "visited"a streetwalker. She took the badge and gun to the police department and turned them in. After some investigation the investigator was subsequently fired.

In Korea, where prostitutes were plentiful, brains were few and VD was rampant, we would have a monthly 'morale' chat with the men. The subject of VD and how to avoid it came up regularly. And the men would complain about how they did this and did that and the girls still gave them the clap. One of the sergeant got up and said 'I'm sick of these guys talking about how this girl gave it to him or that girl gave it to him. Ain't one girl gave them anything, they all paid prime rate for it.'
