I've been on Myfitnesspal since March and it's been good so far. The app so I can track my food on the fly (instead of entering it when I get home) has helped to stay focused. Anyone else using it? The only thing I don't like is the tracking of weight training. I understand why it doesn't factor in calories from weights but it's still kind of a bummer.

If you pronounce it backwards, do you go back to the 5th Dimension?

No. It seems like the stress from counting and worrying about calories and so forth would erase any benefit you get from the exercise. I just try to work out as hard as I can as often as I can.

Yep! I'm using it although lately it looks like a contest to see how far over the limits I can go!
