Did you give a time limit? If not, I would contact. If no response after a couple of tries, relist. |

What I do is set up my auctions to have a seven day period for payment. Once that is exceeded an unpaid item case is automatically opened. If after three days the buyer does not respond, I get my seller fees refunded and I am free to resell. If you do not open a case, you will get charged for the sale, and if for some reason they end up paying late you have a problem if you have already relisted the item. It's just cleaner to let the process work for you. I had an item end a week and a half ago, they did not pay, so by this past Wednesday it was cleared, and the non payer gets an unpaid item strike. On top of that I set up my auctions to not allow people with 2 unpaid strikes (thats the minimum they allow) to bid on my stuff. |

I'd also recommend contacting them via the ebay message system in case they are having email issues. JJ |
