Whereas the others are hampered by clearly modern hairstyles (or lack thereof), Downey, McKellan and Wood could actually pass as the real thing. In fact, Elijah Wood Looks very convincing.

I'd give a thumbs up on all except Shatner, Swartzenegger and Willis. And Yes. Elijah Wood looks great! Like a young aristocrat with no previous battle experience.

I think Sir Patrick Stewart looks very convincing as a Russian General. Speaking of Russian Generals OMG how did they walk with all that bling! evil grin
