I sold 4 items to one person on eBay.
I shipped them together, and he says he never received them.
I dug up my delivery Confirmation Receipt, and found that is floating around the san Antonio TX Post Office since March 12 (!), and has been "Missent" 4 times.
It is listed today, the 24th as "Missent", with an epected delivery of today.
How do I do anything about this? It is also insured.

Signed, Perplexed by the Post Office.

give him the number and have him go to his local post office. Its going to be easier for them to sort it out there then for you to do it at your location.

Where ever it is in Texas the post masters there should be able to get it figured out.

At this point there is something going on locally and in spite of your good intentions there isn't much you can do from your end.

The buyer needs to step in and bring this home.
