I have a bunch of people who don't pay (Ebay) and nothing seems to happen to them.

I don't sell on ebay myself (and always pay asap!) but I don't think there's much to stop bad bidders except blocking them from future acutions…problem is they can leave negative feedback – I thought it was a daft idea when they stopped both way feedback.

Are you filing Non paying bidder reports? I think a run of these can get an account blocked.

I thought once you have started an 'NPB' they couldn't leave feedback.

The only way to "get back" at them is file a non paying bidder report. I think after three of those that account gets locked.

That being said, how hard is it to set up another EBay account and just do it again?

Answer – not very…

I haven't been very active on eBay in a while, but isn't there some mechanism for handling this? It seems like if there were no penalty this would proliferate and if it proliferates the site becomes useless, so to protect their own revenue stream eBay ought to to do something.

EBay has not been seller friendly for quite some time now.
