I heard it was better than Pandora and it is! Unlike Internet radio you can search for specific artists or tunes and play them immediately. Only bad thing is you have to wait for them to send you a download link UNLESS you give up a Facebook friend which is creepy. link |

Has it finally made it across the Pond then? We've had Spotify for ages in the UK. The only downside with Spotify Free is that you're now limited to 5 plays per song and there's a monthly cap on listening hours. |

Right now in the US, Spotify free is unlimited. Six months from now, after they've built up the userbase, I assume it will be more like it is in europe. You can get invites around the internets if you look hard enough. I've had it for a while, but don't use it much because it doesn't have things like led zep or black sabbath on it. Currently, the main reason to pay is to enable spotify on mobile devices. Just curious, is the 5 songs limitation per month, or lifetime? |
