Does anyone know who might be doing the reenactment (of the Battle of Fishguard 1797) at Fishguard on 13th August 2011?

According to Fishguard online : link no-one. There's a long article on the last invasion though.

That is one of the great metaphysical questions in this part of the world: Are they guarding the fish? If so, who from? Or indeed, are the fish themselves guards?
