I am having trouble finding a place to start, so . . . look at this: picture The Aggies can be justifiably proud of their season last year. They play in a tough league and don't often get a lot to cheer about. BUT a championship ring for a team that didn't actually win the championship? Uhhhhh that's right -- did NOT win a championship. They tied for first place in the six team Big 12 south. OU won the tie breaker and went on to play and beat Nebraska in the Big 12 title game. OU won the Big 12 championship. I like the folks at A&M. I really don't want to hurt any feelings or stir up bad blood here . . . but a championship ring?????????? This is like giving a little league trophy to every kid that played on every team so we don't hurt their self esteem when the kids on the championship team get their trophies. I just don't get it.

Are you sure it is for women's basketball? The Aggie ring doesn't look like the normal sized women's ring (unless it stayed in a pitcher of beer at the Dixie Chicken too long). Other than that I can't think what the championship ring would be for, golf?
