Just saw this. It should stop all the hand-wringing and intestinal turbulence by all the folks who hated the very different pre-production shot of a week or so ago. Now this looks GOOD. link |

I liked the shiny pants from the first post. This outfit looks like they got it off the rack at Walmart during Halloween. |

She's back to red boots again. |

Red boots are good. The rest, more practical not as interesting. |

Did not like the pre-production one, don't like this one either. I like a real woman, not fake boobs. I like the old Wonder Woman with the shorts in blue with white stars, like the American flag. Gold stars? How PC. Mike "Bunkermeister" Creek hystericalrightwing.blogspot.com |

wow? Could they not find a nice looking lady for the part? She looks like a junky. |

Can't say that the package inspires me to watch their offering at all. |

Maybe she has cottage cheese thighs and the pants are their way of hiding them. She sure isn't Linda Carter. |
ghostdog | 31 Mar 2011 4:20 a.m. PST |
i dont like it, but thats because i found that almost every superhero costume looks silly in the real world (thats the only reason i never took the superhero path in the real world, ;-) ), although i i must say that i like the smallville tv show aproach. |
Parzival | 31 Mar 2011 5:42 a.m. PST |
Ghostdog nails it. Most super-hero costumes from the comics would be more likely to make a real-world bad guy fall over laughing than quake in fear. The exception might be Batman, especially as done in BBegins and B:TDK, and even in the first Burton film— coming across that guy at night in a narrow alley would cause just about anyone to make a morale check. |

I think it could use a skirt instead of the pants. |
KeithRK | 31 Mar 2011 10:07 a.m. PST |
She looks like she's wearing a bad WWE wrestler's costume. |
Terrement | 31 Mar 2011 10:08 a.m. PST |
Doesn't much matter what she wears
the costume won't make or break the show. The plots, characters and filming will. Or not
FWIW, one episode of "Bones" was a Halloween episode and had Emily Deschanel as Wonder Woman, and she looked pretty good! Firewalled from the pages with the images but just do a Google search on "emily deschanel wonder woman" JJ |
Shagnasty | 31 Mar 2011 10:25 a.m. PST |
Yes, that was a fun show. Where did she keep that pistol? |
Terrement | 31 Mar 2011 10:35 a.m. PST |
Ahhhhh
That would be telling! Attractive woman no matter what outfit she is wearing though, even if she is a Vegan. 'nuff to get one to consider giving up meat! JJ |
Jovian1 | 31 Mar 2011 3:41 p.m. PST |
The bad WWE costume MAKES this – because you can actually envision some WWE star doing stupid stuff like this as a publicity stunt and people wouldn't think – "Oh, there goes a super-heroine." |
Agent 13 | 23 Apr 2011 10:50 a.m. PST |
Hate to say it, there are 3 official costumes. The bad shiny one is still in the show. That's what I read from the producer online. |

Hot pants, for gawds sake, don't they know WW wears hotpants ? What do they teach them in school these days ? |

That costume is a travesty of the REAL Wondie suit. Glad the show never got on the air. |
