Irony is wonderful.

Yep, that's pretty good. I suspect that it would come as a surprise to Kerr & King that they make that vehicle, too.

Maybe the painter is a master at some other craft. A master farrier, or stonecutter, perhaps. Or maybe he is a Master Mason. Or something else…

He is a Dom and painted it while wearing Bondage gear.

I hesitated for a minute (honest, I did), before going to his "See other items":

auction

They are "painted fantastic". Well, some of us do know the original meaning of that word, and would not argue.

"By Me, actually," he says. And he's "Full time at this."

You know, a lot of them look OK. Just OK.
No one would throw them off the table if they were gaming. Few of us would strip them if they were given to us.
However NO ONE in their right mind would pay those asking prices.
They are strictly in the "Nice try, Kid" category of painting.

If I could get those prices for MY painting…

aecurtis Fezian28 Dec 2009 6:50 p.m. PST

I didn't pick on the snow cats because I thought that, done in a sort of naive way, as if they were painted by someone who knew absolutely nothing about armored vehicles, they would actually grace a gaming table. They're no worse than those who splatter mud all over without any concept of where mud actually goes on a tank or truck or Jeep, or those who paint black soot arount their main gun and cannon muzzles, as if there were some sort of "blowback".

He had approached me a couple of years ago about painting for his store. He didn't want to pay my prices, though.

I'm glad to see he found someone much better.
