Been losing stuff that I need lately just cause I miss out on the auction when I get involved in other things. Can anyone help? I use to have a site but don't remember the name and went with my old laptop.

Never heard of a sniping site… a sniping service yes… but those aren't free.
What does a sniping site do?

Well, yes, service, I guess but it allows you to record an amount on an Ebay item and then it bids in the last few seconds for you. I had a free one that allows three snipes a week but can't track it.

I ran a search and found a bunch but didn't really want to dive in to an unknown site. Will do some research and see what kind of confidence I can reach. Really need this for certain auctions. Where if you bid too soon you end up getting into a bidding war with someone for no reason. Also, when something has a bid it has a bit of a forbidden aura and this makes it more attractive. If it looks like no one wants it, I think people tend to value it less. This could also work in reverse but i know people usually want that which is coveted as opposed to dump on the street corner. I guess it also depends on what it is, right? Lol…
