I have wasted more time on Youtube than on any other site.
I have spent many enjoyable evenings tracking down fondly remembered oldies, and some not so oldies.
Some of my favorite digups are the following:

Sigh.

Roxette

Mike and the Mechanics

(I for one cannot get through it without blubbing.)

Back when MTV was about music…

Speaking of blubbing…

That one is good if I have a mote in my eye I need to flush out.

And the brilliantly strange:

And of course, serious historical research:

I was in love with the Wilson sisters, of course, but when I think of '80s rock and roll women, top of the list has to be (and this song is right tonight):

Or for simple gratification:

Since Renaissance didn't do folk songs, I don't consider them a folk group.

Oh, I do adore the 1970s edition of Ann Wilson. All-time yummiest?

Joan Jett also rocks. YouTube also has some terrific vintage Suzi Quatro and Kate Bush clips. hey, and I just found some Shocking Blue! Consider myself shocked!
