I saw U2 last night at Giants Stadium. Awesome show. Opening for them was Muse. I had never heard of them before. Goddamn, did they rock! Already downloaded their latest album from Amazon.

Now to figure out how to get pics off my new phone.

Next month we see Bruce at one of the last concerts at Giants Stadium ever. Wife scored U2 and Bruce tickets from her Boss, company box seats. Now if she could just get us some actual Giants tickets that would really rock.

Cheers, Xin

Muse are excellent – I would definitely pay to see them on their own.

Go to youtube, a few bits of Muse there, especially go for Knights of Cydonia which has an amazingly cool video

BIG fan of Muse, though paradoxically I don't have their latest album yet.

Coincidentally I picked up their new album today and have not stopped playing since I got back. Superb.

The Resistance is a great album, no doubt of it, but their best was Black Holes And Revelations. Hell, they're all good stuff. And if you like Muse you might also look into a band called Spiritulized.

Yes, Muse are great.

I helped U2 unload their van once, nice bunch of blokes, apart from Bono who was a complete Bleeped text. This was a looong time ago.

A couple of weeks ago, U2 and Coldplay flew out of the airport where I work, on the same Gulfstream jet, the fact it never crashed I took to mean, that indeed, there is no god!

Old gag alert; U2 concert, saviour Bono approaches the mic, slowly clapping his hands, 'Everytime I clap my hands, a child in Africa dies'
Chap in front row, 'Stop Bleeped texting clapping then!'
Tee, and indeed, hee.

Some people like U2 and Coldplay.
Some people like Black Sabbath and Deep Purple…
Some like both…

what ya gonna do…?

I'd never heard of Muse until I saw them on Later With Jools Holland. I really like their Black Holes and Revelations CD. They just performed on this past weekend's Saturday Night Live (where they were the only redeeming feature).
